5 miles today. It was raining a little but it felt good. I started from home and headed to the park, did the track 4 times, then back home. My left knee is hurting and after about 3.5 miles my left hip. James was home today so I didn't need to take the kids and he snapped a couple pictures as I was leaving our neighborhood.
How many miles to Home Depot? And wouldn't Lowe's be closer and not uphill? Just a suggestion.
ReplyDeleteYeah next time James needs to go there I am going to tell him to run there, see if he will do it. I have a feeling he wouldn't.
