I was supposed to do 4 miles today. I am trying to decide what to do. My left knee is really bugging me. It is just achy and feels sort of weak. My choices are to skip the 4 miles today and do them tomorrow or to skip them altogether in hopes that my knee will feel good enough to do 11 miles on Saturday.
I can't decide which to do. Sometimes I think if I skip one run then I will make excuses in the future to skip other runs. I am really good at making excuses. I am still pondering this one, not sure what to do.
